run time errors

I heard that i may be able to find the answers through your organization.

1)when i try to download from windows update, nothing happens…..

2)evertime i try to access my online database, i receive a runtime error line 97 and occasioanlly a runtime error line 60 when i try to access my online database from calyx point.

currently running dsl access. windows xp home edition. internet explorer 6.0

If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
