This looks like spyware related.

1. Turn off System Restore

2. Boot to Safe Mode with Networking

3. Download and Run Disk Clean up
1. CCleaner - http://tinyurl.com/bvtbj
2. CleanUp! - http://tinyurl.com/bopxo

4. Run Antispyware
1. Ad-aware SE Personal - http://tinyurl.com/9nj9n
2. Spybot S&amp - http://tinyurl.com/yrwy2
3. Ewido - http://tinyurl.com/5b3qh
4. SuperAntiSpyware - http://tinyurl.com/ox7un
5. CWShredder - http://tinyurl.com/4y7hy

5. If you still have the problem, run CCleaner again. Click on Tools and Startup. If you see an entry with the above D0CE?, highlight it and click on Delete Entry key. Reboot the computer.

6. If the problem got resolved, turn on the System Restore.
