Rundll error after install Nvidia driver

After updating my Nvidia driver off of M.S. Windows Update site I’m getting a “Rundll c:\Winnt\System32\NVCpl.dll error”.
What would be the solution here ?
Uninstall and re-install old driver ? I did this and i still get the error message. If I need to delete/un-install all Nvidia drivers complete, how ? and should I install the new one ?
Anyone gone through this yet ?
