When my PC opens there is a Runner Error as follows: could not load target dll (“C:\Program Files\Desktop Messenger\8876480\6.1.0.155-8876480L\Program\backWeb.dll”, error code 126
When I click OK it goes away. I can use the PC whether I click OK or not.
What is the error and how do I fix it?
