I have winnt4.0 platform w/win95&98 clients
I’m trying to run a registry script which I called setup.reg.This will make changes to their machine in their registry. I put the script in the netlogon share on the pdc & the bdc. The problem I seem to be having is it is not being read at all. I would also like to do this in the silent mode so thay won’t even know this is being done to their computer. I put the setup.reg in place of where I was running the logon script. But it does not work..The logon script works. But when I remove it and put setup.reg it does not work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
