How can I keep my DOS program from suspending when I toggle over to a Windows application?

First of all, i run a lot of programs of DOS from Windows, and not stop, but if it doit, then you can specify a special properties for this app.

Just Create a Shortcut, and apply this changes,

Close On Exit -> Yes
On Memory if this program need special memory specifications then make some like initial environment, XMS, EMS, DMA
and care above not use this DMA, when use this program or leave alone this DMA.

And The best of all: BACKGROUND -> Allways suspend do not apply this
And IDE Sensitive : Try to set an higer value for this.
