I have setup a intranet with a NT server 4.0 running Proxy server 2.0 which connected to the leased line through PPOE service
The problem encounter is only when I logon to the NT server running Proxy server. The PPOE will start and connect to internet so that the Proxy Client can connect to the internet
Is this any method to configure the PPOE service as a kernal service so that it will connect to internet even without anyone logon to the NT server running Proxy server.
I have tried toset the PPOE service in the control panel to the start automatically (also requires logon to the NT server in order to work)
Any Advise
