Running Sharkware under Windows XP

Can Sharkware (a PIM that does run under W98SE) be configured to run under Windows XP? If so, how do I do that?

This usefull tool was acquired by Maximizer, but there is no upgrade support. Elsewhere on the web are sevices that convert Sharkware’s DB to either Maximizer or Act, but data will be lost. Sharkware is central to my business. Ten years of contact information. My fall back is to keep an ME machine running, but that takes space and juice and eventually is a dead end.
