Running total page numbers

By AGERanger10 ·
Some of my users are having trouble with the printing of the running totals. They put the running totals in a footer in the document they're working on and it displays properly, like 2 of 10. But when they print the document, the running total prints out as 1 of 1, 2 of 2, 3 of 3, and so forth. How can i fix this?

A running total is "Page of Pages" what you are displaying is "Page of Page" ----- add an "s" to the last Page call.

This is an on going bug. Supposedly SR1 fixed it. Two ways have been suggested to fix it. 1) Print in reverse order, or go to Print Preview 2 or three times before printing.

Doug, Thankyou for the suggestions. Although your suggestions didn't directly fix the problem, they did lead the users to a solution. Instead of printing all of the document in the print range, they selected pages and put in 1-10 for the all 10 pages to print and the document printed the way they wanted it.
