Runtime error 94, invalid use of NULL

By Naleen ·
We have a brand new Windows 2000 PC with a BT Openworld broadband connection. Everytime we restart it comes up with a "Runtime Error 94, Invalid use of NULL".

Does anybody know why this is happening and how we can sort this out?

Thank you.

Runtime error 94, invalid use of NULL

somebody's vb code is barfing. related to db operations? take a look at what is starting up, look in Startmenu/Programs/startup folder, look in registry Run entries (Local Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Run...Run Once etc...
sounds like some program needs a patch...
if the win2k installation is plain vanilla except for the broadband stuff, i'd start there, see if it has configuration option to not run at startup or uninstall it, see if the problem goes away or maybe visittheir website, see if they have this posted...
