runtime erros

Hello,
I need your help on this, I just have my XP home edition pc working perfect, untill I try to open one of the programs installed on in. (Power VCRII) and its send me an error messege:
RUNTIME ERROR! PROGRAM:C:\PROGRAM FILES\MEDION\POWER VCRII\PVCR.EXE
ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION.

Now I can not open that program any more,
please help me
