Safe Boot Password lost

Hi there,
unfortunately I have set my PC to always boot in safe mode as I assumend the password is just clear space. Well, it isn’t. I can’t boot any other way than safe bood mode (trust me, I have tried all F8 options!) and can’t boot in safe mode either as I don’t have the password. Can somebody help me please to either overcome the password problem and boot in safe mode or alternatively let me know how I can get the computer to bood in normal mode again?
