salary discussion with colleagues

what can be the tricks, if we don't want to tell our colleagues to tell our salary appraisal and also don't want to spoil the relation with him .

Simply avoid it altogether. It's nobody's business but yours

I don't know how things are done in India, but here in the USA, nobody has to know how much money one earns or how much money has in his/her bank account. Wny do you feel compelled to disclose this information. If you need to brag, then do it your own risk, but be warned that you will not be liked very much by your peers and will be creating more enemies than friends if people feel that you are too conceited about your salary.
