How can i configure two pc's at the same IPaddress ?

Sorry but that can not be done.

Two pc's can not have the same ip address on the same network.

Answer 1 is correct for two active PC. You can use the same IP if only one of the PC is connected to the network at a time. You will encounter some initial ARP issues when changing since on the LAN the MAC is the base address and the IP is associated with that.

You can use NAT (Network Address Translation) to translate your internal network Computers IP addresses into a single IP address used on an external network. So for an example If your ISP assigns you a single IP Address, by using NAT, you can enableyour entire internal network to share the IP Address.

I have to ask. Why would you even want to. If the first is online the second will get an error when it boots.

After thinking on the matter you can put the two computers behind a router and nat translate the two separate addresses to one. The router will keep up with the computer that makes the request.
