Sample Program running

Just did a fresh load of Windows 2000 on a brand new Dell notebook…When I shutdown W2K, I get an 2 endnow screens for “Program – Sample”. I have checked startup, services and usual places in the registry, but can’t find where to kill this program from starting up. Anyone seen this one before?
