samsung notebook cannot go beyond the logo screen:
my new samsung notebook (new 4 month) stopped while i surfing the web through Firefox then developed blue screen and gave message dumping memory failed. I pressed power button and tried to restart it but it go to the initial logo screen and no further. it shows press f2 for setup or f4 for recovery. pressing f2 and f4 doing nothing. I tried to use recovery disk, live xp cd and hering boot cd but non of them
boot or come into screen although I can hear the sound of rotating the DVD drive.
I can hear the fan is working also. I tried to remove the battery many times but the problem persist. I tried pressing power button for 1 min but no change. the indicator of HDD is lightening. Can you help me please?.
