Hi,
We are looking for a long term contract as SAP PM trainer/support job in Oman for one year and could be extended.
Responsibilities:
� Conduct SAP training to the end users, particularly for Portal, Document Management System (DMS), Business Warehouse (WS), Employee Self Services, etc.
� Conduct SAP training all new staff, operators, and technicians that will join the company after Go-Live.
� Conduct SAP refresher courses after Go-Live
� Proactively determine SAP training requirements, organize and develop a plan to implement and evaluate the training program.
� Attend SAP project meetings noting potential areas for training or specific guidance based on project milestones and deadlines.
� Coordinate with SAP System Specialists (Process Team Leaders) and SAP Key Users to develop and obtain specific training requirements.
� Coordinate with the training department (IT coordinator) on how SAP training can be aligned with the Sohar Aluminium overall training program.
� Demonstrate continuous effort to improve and streamline training procedures and processes while working cooperatively and jointly with SAP Systems Specialists, SAP project leader, and the training department.
� Coordinate with the training department (IT coordinator) to develop student evaluation questionnaire, assess training, track statistics and report as required.
� Assist with hosting courses held at external location ensuring that adequate furniture, equipment, and training materials are available.
� Proactively work with the key Users and the BMS team to support the end users after Go-Live.
