I’m building my Fiance a computer for christmas. This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with BOTH SATA optical drives, AND hard drives. I need to know which headers to connect which drives to.
From what I know of SATA, I’m assuming I should connect the drives like this:
SATA 0 – Hard Drive
SATA 1 – Primary CD Drive
SATA 2 – Secondary CD Drive
SATA 3 – Empty
Is this correct?
