Save Permissions

I am setting up a new server, Windows 2003 R2 at a library. One problem they have is that people on the public access computers can save documents and other items to the desktop through Microsoft Office applications. How do I stop that?
Servers are not my strong suit!

Group Policies

Are you using Active Directory? You can use policies to enforce permissions on computers. Run gpedit.msc and take a look at the possible settings. Let us know if you need more detail. The best way to learn is to take small nibbles of information and see what you can do with it!
