I’ve created an E-mail acct. in my organization called CUSTSERVICE belongs to several members. I noticed that whenever an e-mail delvivered to that account, that e-mail will be directed to every member of the account to his inbox folder .I require that these e-mails delivered to another folder than Inbox so Personal e-mails will not be mixed with the E-mails directed from CUSTSERVICE . I tried all suitable rules in the OUTLOOK but didn’t work .
