I have a user who is scanning in documents through PaperPort and saving as a PDF file to a shared folder on the network. When she saves it saves two copies (the original and a copy) plus a temp document. I updated Windows, updated and ran Ad-Aware Pro, updated and ran McAfee Enterprise. I uninstalled and reinstalled PaperPort. No change. She still gets the double saves. The user next to her does not get the double documents when going through the same operation. Any suggestions.
BTW, I had a hard time figuring out how to close the only other question I’ve had in Q&A. As soon as I can get this problem fixed (if possible) then I will try to close out the question. Thanks in advance.
