I have recently upgraded all of the users in office from Outlook 97 to Outlook 98.
We used to save certain messages in out filling system with “Save as” opion but after we moved to Outlook 98 could not save some messages with save as option with an error message that system is low on memmory and close some programs to complete the operation. This error message appeared on all PC while saving some messages.
As you may know that Outlook uses the subject of the message as file name when we savea message with “Save as” option. This message appears with long subject messages apparently longer than 13 characters.
Have anybody experienced such a problem.
