Saving video calls on cellphone

By alexius ·
I am trying to find a way to save a video call with a cellphone. I would be happy if one caller is connected to a laptop. One caller will be remote. How can I save the video conference. I have tried to see if I could use Camtasia - but I do not know how to use the laptop to make the call to the cellphone.
Any suggestions?

Firstly I don't know if this is even possible or Legal.

You would have to have some king of Interface to the NB and then be using the NB to monitor the call. If the phone in question has the ability to send photos and short Video Clips to a computer for storage it might be possible but even then I think that you'll find that you are up against it as the data speed to the NB just wouldn't be fast enough.

Hi Hal
Thanks for the reply.
Regarding legality - this is not for general use - but will be used in a project where we will be interviewing someone on the cellphone and recording the call halfway around the world.
We plan to use Nokia Video sharing to shoot on enabled phones, but need to find a way to store the footage filmed so that we can edit it for a mobile phone broadcast. And i am stumped about how to do it!!!
