SBS 2008 Roaming Profile not loading for some users

My cleint is running SBS 2008 and using roaming profiles for all users. My dilema is that when just 2 of these users try to logon to a specific workstation, their profile will not load. Loggging into any other workstation poses no issue just on the one workstation and only 2 users of approx 20. I have recreated the profiles and checked permissions and profile paths but still have the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
