A personal friend at Steel manufacturing company asked me to help and I am not SBS exchange server knowledgeable. So I am hoping that someone would be able to help me out. The exchange server has been running for the last 4 months without any problems. Then as of 2 weeks ago the sending of mail from the exchange server started to have problems timing out sending.
I checked the server and there was a change where the server was configured to perform fetching of email from an outside mail provider (POP3). I am thinking that this could be a spamming issue with fill up the queue but I am not sure not knowing SBS exchange server configuration.
Could any one provide me any ideas.
