SBS Permissions

I have a client that has Windows SBS, and recently some things happened in their office that forced us to get them a new server and move everything off of the old on to the new. Now one of the users is having random problems with permissions of files on the server. She will access a file and start working in it when an error pops up telling her she does not have permission to access or utilize that resource and lock-up her machine. Or when she goes to print after making changes in a file same error occurs. Has anyone else come across this error before in SBS? I have made this user a domain admin and it still has not helped.
