I have tried running ScanDisk on Win 95 several times but no success. I keep getting the error message, which is ” ScanDisk cannot check this drive now because the disk is not properly formatted, or program such as a disk utility has locked it. Format the disk of wait for the utility to finish, and then restart ScanDisk.” After that it crashes the explorer and remove all the running programs from the System Tray.
Is there a way I can solve this problem ??
