I own a HP ScanJet3200c scanner, and have done for many years, (2 to be precise). In this time it has served me faithfully without many problems.
I recently upgrasded the drivers because I now use Win. Me and upgraded the appropriate drivers from HP’s website. Since doing this I can not get the bloody thing to initalise, the software always seems to create a lock and I can not use my scanner.
When trying to uninstall the software i aslo get a software lock, although both of these are not system wide.
Can any one help me on solving this issue. All commrents appreciated.
