Schedul future dates in ms access append query

Hi can anyone help, I am trying to write a query where I can schedule future dates for visits to be carried out on spacific days of the week.

  DateAdd and DatePart would be a good start.
  How you knock it up depends on how complex your schedule system is.
  
  First Wednesday of the following month for instance, is going to be easier to do in a VB macro than SQL.
