scheduled shutdown in nt 4.0 server

is there any way to schedule a reboot in windows nt server 4.0? i won't be here and i need to reboot the server. thanks for your answers

put a shutdown.exe command in a batch file and run it from the scheduler

Another easy way is to use SHUTGUI from the resoruce, just specify the server involved and when - away you go.

I agree with the ShutGui from the Reskit + the WinAT scheduler also from the resource kit.

My contribution:
If you want an account logged on then add AutoadminLogon and DefaultPassword to the Winlogon section of the Registry. You can control these settings through the use of Regini (also in the Resource kit)

I agree with Curious_George. Use the shutdown.exe that comes with Windows NT 4.0 Resource Kit September 99.
There is a file called rktools.hlp on this CD which you can run and search for shutdown.exe syntax.
Use WINAT command to schedule the shutdown. Syntax can be found in the help file also.
