How do I create a schedule task in WIN XP to shut down the PC at a specified time?

Go to Start > Control Panel > Scheduled Tasks > Add Scheduled Task > click Next > click Browse > navigate to Windows > System 32 > shutdown.exe > specify the frequency you wish to perform the shutdown and click Next > specify the start time and date, click Next > enter your password, click Next > check the box "Open Advanced Properties", click Finish.

Then in the Run box add a " -s" without the quotes.
