How do I set up a scheduled task in Windows NT?

Use the "at" command in the command-line. To get a list of the options you can use, open a command prompt and enter "at /?" without the quotes.

If you need a more comfortable to use scheduler, google for share- or freeware, there are many such programs on the net.

There is a Windows version of AT in the REsource Kit:
