Is there a way to schedule a pre-formatted email message to be sent to a selected group of NT network users either from Outlook or from an Exchange server?
Alternatively, can I use a Visual Basic 6.0 program that launches and sends a pre-formatted Outlook message on my client PC on a file server? The idea is that the email needs to be sent on a particular date, and we don’t want to depend on a client PC running on the date that the mail needs to be sent.
