Scheduling Tasks (Auto Synchonization) usng PCAnywhere

by mort . Updated 19 years, 1 month ago

I am attempting to Create a Scheduled Task in Windows XP Pro using the [System Tools
/Scheduled Tasks] in conjunction with PCAnywhere. I have created a connection in PCAnywhere for performing an Auto File Transfer/Synchronization upon connection. The function works using the PCAnywhere Manager and automatically performs the synchronization when connected to the host.
What I want to do is have this sync happen automatically via the Scheduled Task function of XP.
I can get the task to automatically start PCAnywhere at the specified time of the task. I can’t seem to figure out how to get it to run the specified PCAnywhere script so the two functions to perform together automatically. My guess is that a script odf some sort need s to be added to the task call command?
Can anyone help?
