I am reading about Schema. And having a hard time with it can some one explain Schema to me to so maybe i might understand it beter

You can think of Active Directory as a database, and the Schema as the fields in the database.
Some Software that integrates with active directory may need to modify the schema (add fields). Once changes are made, they cannot be reversed, so use caution. It is good practice to only add your account to the Schema Admins group when a change to the schema is needed. Once completed remove your user account from the Schema admins group. This will prevent accidental modifications
