I get a scratchy sound when ever I play anything. It started 2 weeks ago. I’ve pulled the sound card (creative live)from its slot and placed it on another to no avail. Any ideas? I’m I grounding out? if so how do I check. Better yet, how do I get rid of that awful scratchy sound?
