Screen blacks out for a second when fans start

I’ve been having an issue with my two monitors go black for a second when a fan/fans start going on full.
I’ve just swapped out my motherboard, processor and processor cooler.
The sound is the same as I’ve heared before I swapped.
I think the sound of fans going started when i swapped my graphics card.
Everything works fine otherwise but the screens….
Do you think it’s some cable issue or what?
I’ve updated graphic card drivers, BIOS, optimized energy usage.
I’m at my wits end >.<

Graphics : Geforce GTX 1070
Motherboard : MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 (old Asus Z87-Plus ATX)
Processor : i5-12600K (old i7-4770K)
Cooler : NH-D15

Your power supply unit may be getting weak, going bad or simply not be powerful enough for your system.

I must agree with Wizard’s comment. Until I read his reply I was about to make the same feedback.

Oh ye forgot about the power supply it’s a 750W 80+gold though it is 9 years old.
I did think it was some kind of power throttling, but that power supply should be enough, or so I assumed

9 year old PSU, Hardware Acceleration fixes it.

That’s a sign the PSU is dipping out under load. Hardware Acceleration causes spikes in power use which old PSUs will dip out and the machine or graphics card will then lock up.

The PSU might be suspect but let’s hear about the OS.

When we change motherboards, the OS may or may not be fine with that.

So try this:
1. Go get DDU. I use https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
2. Use DDU to remove all the video drivers and then install the version you like.
