Are you using the same monitor as with the previous computer? If you have another computer available, try using the monitor on that computer and see if it has the same problem. I suspect there could be a problem with the monitor or possibly the video card. You have a strong computer, so the specifications are more than adequate.

yes, i have the same 2 monitor i had before and this point it is th eonly thing that i haven’t tested yet
i tried removing the audiocard usb, the mouse..and it did the same
But it does it on both monitor..that’s strange
Anyway i need to test this
DOn’t think that is graphic card, it happened before with a different video card

Don’t understand what you mean with “specifications are more than adequate.”, are you referring to psu?
I though it could have been psu not enough, but even going to 750 it does the same so…
DOn’t have another pc, but i can try to exclude one monitor at time

What I meant when I said your computer specifications were adequate is that the computer hardware should support what you are using it for (graphics, RAM, storage, processor, etc.). That was a thumbs up for you.

      Try this setting.

Look up “Disable Hardware Acceleration” for the browser you are using.
      Disable then re-test. What happens?

        ok i am trying it
th eproblem is that i cannot reproduce th eissue..i must be there trying and scroll until it happen, if happen
Someitmes it happens soon other takes longer or even much longer
so it is a really diffult task
For example, after a good while of testing without dvi-hdmi cable..it happens that the issue come eventually, just when i was thinking i mgiht have found the problem 🙂

I can’t tell what you did from that reply.

I know the issue and have cleared it up with that setting. Sometimes you have to replace a cable, monitor, drivers or something else but I like to start with the free and easy setting before we go any farther or replace cables, monitors or cards.

The problem is what you may lose.

          by rproffitt ·

In reply to Reply To: Screen flash black

I rarely see any other loss.

As to why this works, there are many discussions about it but I do NOT advise to work the issue if this setting fixes it.

Why? It’s a known problem with graphic drivers that the makers have consistently failed to address.

Better to have a working PC than try to get this feature with doubtful gain working and you CAN’T fix it yourself. It’s a problem for the video driver and browser coders to fix. Not for you to fix.
-> FINALLY, this feature appeared a few years ago and it’s still fails for some of us. Too many of us.

yes of course, if there is not a well know fix for bypass this settings, i keep this setting in browser
Let’s see if it still keep withoiut doing it though

I’m unsure what you meant there.

          by rproffitt ·

In reply to Reply To: Screen flash black

The hardware acceleration is broken on many machines. So we disable it and move on.

I can’t tell if you turned it off for testing.

Let me be clear that this feature is not adding much value or speed. No real loss if disabled.

And again, it’s a feature that appeared years ago after decades of browsers not using it. It was incredibly buggy at first, got better but still can cause issues on some PCs.

Still can’t tell if you tried it.

          ok ok
just keep trying to see if issue come back..for now no+
It is the only reasonable possibility, as the issue was there in 2 different systems, and those things i kept, i have tried to do no use them it…but nothing has changed
          so let’s see

“It’s fixed but I want to test if that was the fix.”

Me: Stop fixing things when they are fixed. Move on.

i don’t know if it is really fixed, sometimes workled good for hours and then appeared again, so i am not doing anything special now, no special test. Just wait some more use before i can say that the issue is definitely solved
