A user’s desktop is not refreshing when an application is minimised or a dialog box closed. For example if Word is opened and then minimised you can still see parts of the application on the desktop. The only way out is to refresh (F5) or click on the screen several times. I have reconfigured the person’s profile, altered the frequency settings and even reapplied the service pack (6a). Has anyone got any ides? Thanks
