problem: 1 domain, 1 PDC. 1 BDC, PDC blows out with blue screen (fatal) have to re-install NT back onto primary,
primary comes back on line, demote BDC and all hell breaks loose…..
somehow all trust relationships fail, workstations have lost trust with primary and to make matters worse so as BDC, so set up a new domain, workstations are now logging in but BDC won’t change domain and when you try to administer old domain it now states that a primary PDC cannot be found so think i am now looking at re-installing the BDC as well , any quick solutions anyone?
