I once had my hands on a script that could be run on a users mailbox in Exchange. The script would tell me how much space was being taken up and where the space was being used (inbox, sent items, etc.). I always have users call me up and ask why they can’t send e-mail even though they have cleaned out their inbox. This script will tell them where in their mailbox they have stashed their e-mail.
