Script for Exchange

By msft ·
Hi,

My company is using Exchange on a SBS box at the moment. Just wondering if there is a script we can run/create to enable the "Synchronize E-Mail" button in the Internet and E-Mail section of Server Management to run without having to (what we do now) everytime we need urgent mail check, log on remotely via RDC and manually go in and press it.

Thanks.

Synchronize e-mail exchange script

by gyeazel In reply to Script for Exchange

In SBS 2003, there is a program called msbokick.exe, which is what the "Synchronize E-mail" button runs. The program is in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Networking. It will download e-mails to the C:\Program Files\Windows Small Business Server\Networking\POP3\Incoming Mail folder.
