Scripted Service Account Password Chg

Anyone know how to change the password that starts up an NT service using a script? I have found commands for changing an NT account password but I haven’t been able to find anything that would allow me to script a password change for NT services (Control Panel, Services, Startup, Logon as:, This Account). Thanks.
