The most annoying feature in Windows, to me, is its insistence that your pointer stay within about an inch and a half of the scroll bar while you’re scrolling a page. If you don’t, it slams you back to the resting point of the scroll bar. Now that we have scroll-wheel mouses (mice?), that’s not so important. But before then you’d have to keep flicking your eyes over to the scroll bar, interrupting whatever you were reading.
