I have an NT server with a 4 gig SCSI harddrive, Someone previously added an IDE 20 gig drive and it was working ok until I moved the IDE drive out of the system and replaced it. Since then it refuses to boot from the SCSI where the OS is and wants to boot from the IDE. I keep getting “missing Operating system” messages.
Is there a fix for this problem which will allow the scsi and ide drives to live together?
