SCSI/Raid Host Controller

Hi i’m hoping someone can help on 2 problems.
1) When I boot up it comes up found new hardware SCSI?raid but it can’t install says corrupt or drivers missing in the properties it say can not load error 39? I havescanned for updated drivers but nothing for scsi. How can I find out what type it is and how can i get an updated driver to re-install this bu bare/
“) I have been given a PC which is 1000 times better than mine but they have taken the hard drive out, the 2 spares i have come up Boot Failue, is there a way of fixing this or do i need a new internal hard drive?If so what do i look for? there is no name on pc other than multi-media system. I HOPE SOMEONE can help me.
