can you use sdram pc133 in bank 0 and sdram pc100 in bank 1. will there be a conflict

As long as you run the memory at the slower speed of 100MHz, you shouldn't have any problems.
Ideally, you should have the slower RAM in the first bank (bank 0) so that the BIOS detects the slower speed first and doesn't try to run the memory bus at 133MHz. Furthermore, if your CMOS has speed settings for you RAM, you should explicitly set it (don't use AUTO) so that it doesn't try to run it at 133MHz.
