Seagate Backup Exec 7.2. is installed in one of our NT Server, 20/40 GB DLT Drive but our tape is 35/70 GB. There are no problem in the configuration I supose. All Backup Jobs were succesfull but when we try to restore, some of our data ranging from 900MB and above failed, the error message says RESOTRATION FAILED DUE TO INCONSISTENCY. Usualy DBF’s and MDB’s. Some files can be restored succesfully from that same tape.
But when we tried to backup that same files individually,restoration is successful.
