I was wondering can anyone help me….
I bought an external 300GB Seagate USB HDD [Brand Gulf-Tech].
-I can partition it under XP using the Disk Management tools.
-But when I try to do the next step of formating it, it always stop and says “formatting could not be completed”.
– I have tried different USB ports but still no luck…
Any suggestions much appreciated, thanks in advance
