I’m testing at work a Seagate Travan 20 IDE tape unit, and I must say It’s cheap and works fine, but the only problem I have is that I cant get more than 14,93 Gb DATA on it.
The specs say it can handle 20 GB compressed, but no matter how I compress it (and I used several backup software as Veritas and ArcServe)As soon as it reaches 14,93 Gb data, it askes me for another tape.
Does anyone have expierence with this unit, and can help me.
